Steps to reproduce:
- 2 tabs open (Firefox Startpage)
- Only one Extension (Dom Inspector)
- Disable the DomInspector, the Restart Infobar in the Addon Manager comes up
- Close this infobar with the little "x" 
- Click on enable to cancel the disable of the extension
- Close the Add-on Manager and Firefox

--> Leak

I don't think this should be a blocker as i doubt it's a very common scenario.
