419376 - Wikipedia search plugin tweaks for sq

I noticed a few minor issues with your wikipedia plugin:

1) no suggest URL
2) the name doesn't match the official wikipedia plugin
3) the SearchForm should point to the /Search page rather than the main page

Hello Gavin,

I just did it over again, (http://l10n.mozilla.org/buildbot/changes/4020), against the original in English http://lxr.mozilla.org/seamonkey/source/browser/locales/en-US/searchplugins/wikipedia.xml, rather the Portugues one, http://pt.wikipedia.org/w/opensearch_desc.php, which you suggest. Let me know if this is OK, so we could close this as soon as possible.
