Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X; en-gb) AppleWebKit/523.15.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/3.0.4 Safari/523.15 Build Identifier: Eudora 8.0.0b3 This occurs at least in the reply-to message window. Moving the scroll bar with the mouse left bits of the scroll bar button behind as it reaches one end of the message or the other. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
I've seen this too, but so far have not come up with a way to reliably reproduce it. Seems like it might be more common on mailboxes with a lot of messages, though I am unsure.
Component: Compose Window → General
QA Contact: compose-window → general
Version: unspecified → 0.1
One other point: the artefacts vanish if you subsequently slide the mouse pointer across any part of the scroll bar (i.e. including the arrows at each end, or the scroll-bar "blob").

I Think this problem has been fixed by updates to Thunderbird. I used to see this and have not seen it in many, many months now. I'll close this as Worksforme. Open it again if you see this behavior with Eudora 8.0.0b5 or later. Matt
