Compare with the View menu. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.go to the bookmarks menu. 2.Point at the show all bookmarks menu item. 3.move the mouse down to the separator. Actual Results: the show all bookmarks menu item deselects. Expected Results: It should stay selected.

well try pointing to a menu just above or under a separator. Then point to a separator. It keeps on selecting like the one in the view menu. Try it now with the show all bookmarks menuitem. (or the Edit>Redo, file>CloseTab...) Then point to a separator. It deselects. What I supposed to mean in the previous post is that minefield should have either still selected the menuitem, or deselected the menu when pointing to separators. It seems very ODD to have different selection modes for different kinds of XUL elements.

Bug 451915 - move Firefox/Places bugs to Firefox/Bookmarks and History. Remove all bugspam from this move by filtering for the string "places-to-b-and-h". In Thunderbird 3.0b, you do that as follows: Tools | Message Filters Make sure the correct account is selected. Click "New" Conditions: Body contains places-to-b-and-h Change the action to "Delete Message". Select "Manually Run" from the dropdown at the top. Click OK. Select the filter in the list, make sure "Inbox" is selected at the bottom, and click "Run Now". This should delete all the bugspam. You can then delete the filter. Gerv
