I have a folder with 60 mails, that folder has the scroolbar bar incorrectly drawn.

I think that is not a thunderbird bug, but a bug in your desktop theme. (I don't have that look, but not the bug either.)
My desktop theme is the default ubuntu theme in hardy with all updates installed.
