change an event, change the time of event. fill in numbers of the time (don't use rollout menu with minutes). Sunbird does not remember the changed time. Only when using the roll out menu with the hours and minutes the time will be remembered.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.change time of event
2.safe event
3.
Actual Results:  
no change of time

Expected Results:  
changed time of event

the time of the event should change when one changes the numbers in the time field.

IIRC correctly you need to move the focus away from the timepicker control after entering the time. After entering the time e.g. place the cursor in the description field.

When I change time and give a return the change is saved.
When I click the safe and close button time is not saved.
