The bookmark creator arising from alternate-selecting a tab and selecting Bookmark All Tabs ... will not place items in the Bookmarks Toolbar folder and when this folder is selected, the Create In menubox displays a blank folder name.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right-click a tab.
2. Choose Bookmark All Tabs ...
3. Click the arrow to display more options.
4. Select the Bookmarks Toolbar folder.
Actual Results:  
1. The Create In area displays no name.
2. The bookmarks will not be saved when Add Bookmarks is pressed.

Expected Results:  
1. The Create In area would display Bookmarks Toolbar.
2. The tabs would be saved in the Bookmarks Toolbar folder.
