When caps lock is pressed, ctrl + shift + T opens a new tab. ctrl + T opens a new tab. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.open 2 tabs 2.close a tab 3.press caps lock 4.press ctrl + shift + T Actual Results: a new tab will open Expected Results: the closed tab should have opened
