We've lost on logging on the machine and need to restart the build masters to turn it back on.  This will require tree closure to handle any talos redness.

While we're at it we should push bug 419071.

We ended up with logging getting turned back on through the master crashing and being restarted last Friday, but I still need to push the bug mentioned in comment #1, so we'll still need another (controlled) restart.
