Is there anything important here missing from bug 324857 (i.e. should this bug be marked as dupe or block that bug)?
Installing STIX fonts (see bug 412880) will fix the issue with mroot and msqrt in case 1 and case 2. (Bug 414277 would also help with that) Tables in case 3 will be rendering better now (Beta 4) but there are some cases still to be resolved (Bug 363240).
