Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click the MIS file for install
2.Check the Custom  button and click "next"
3.On the Destination Folder Window
Actual Results:  
The "Browse" button of Destination Folder Error display

Expected Results:  
The "Browse" button of Destination Folder should be display as "Browse"

My Windows XP Lan:English and Char:Simple Chinese
