The Page Info dialog (opened by clicken the site-icon in the address bar and then on "More Information"/"Weitere Informationen" in german) shouldn't be resizable but having a fixed size like the properties dialog.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. click the site-icon in the address bar
2. More Information
3. The shown dialog shouldn't be resizable
Actual Results:
A fully resizable dialog appears (no min-size)
Expected Results:
A dialog which can't be resized (like the preferences dialog) should appear

Why do you think it shouldn't be resizable? Some of the panes hold a semi-fixed amount of information, but the Media pane can benefit quite a bit from being larger.

Maybe it would make sense to have it resizable, but the first time I opened the dialog, the buttons on the right side were only visible to the half, so at leased a correct min-size is required.
I think it would be a better user experience to have a fixed-size dialog like the preferences dialog. It simply looks nicer if the content is designed for a fixed size. A lot of free space (as you'll have it if you make the dialog bigger or even maximize it) looks ugly.
I don't know what to do with the media pane, maybe it would make sense if the preview isn't directly embedded in the dialog but automatically shown when the mouse hovers over it, or the content of the preview is automatically scaled down to fit in the media pane. Just some ideas.
At least the min-size has to be fixed.

WONTFIX. There are other bugs about getting the default size correct. It's a bit complicated by the fact that everyone uses different fonts and font sizes and themes and so on. For most people the default size is correct. It's large enough that it won't clip the contents of the window, and small enough that it won't run off the edges of a low-resolution screen. Even if it were correct in all cases, however, I would still have the window be resizeable.
