Sooner or later we'll have to deliver the next NSS snapshot into Mozilla trunk. This bug is for tracking this task and other changes that must happen at the same time. This might be another beta, or it might be NSS 3.12 final.

In order to get beta 5 exposure for 406755, I think this should land for beta 5, and that we should open a new bug for the final NSS RTM landing for RC1. Requesting blocking-1.9.

Wan-Teh proposes, at the same time we update the NSS tag, we also take the latest NSPR tag, as usual.
