On both my PC laptops at home (windows2000) and at work (windows xp) today I received an update for thunderbird which I tried to install. On both machines it failed telling me that some process needed to be closed to have the installation work. But on both machines this was the only process working. Since the error message keeps repeating ad infinitum, I had to exit from the installer on both machines. What gives???
