42023 - Clicking stop after going to secure php URL freezes browser

Build 2000060814

GO to http://www.netsec.net/ and click on the NSOC icon on the left which goes
to https://nsoc.netsec.net/main.php

The browser tries to load the page, but doesn't do anything.  Hit the Stop
button.  The browser freezes completely.  Ctrl-Alt-Del and kill the mozilla task.

The browser goes away and PSM crashes:
PSM caused an invalid page fault in
module NSPR3.DLL at 018f:005c04e5.

System remains stable after that and browser can be restarted

This is 100% reproducable (for me anyway)  I tried to see if the page would ever
load and let the browser spin for a few minutes - same result.  Nothing.  Hit
stop (X) and it crashes.

Need any more info, let me know!

Marking worksforme. Mike, get the Personal Security Manager plugin from
http://docs.iplanet.com/docs/manuals/psm/psm-mozilla/  to allow you to visit 
https sites.
Just click on the button at the bottom of the page to install it. Also, be 
patient after clicking on the NSOC icon - it takes awhile for the page to load.
