The function "seconds-from-dateTime" returns NaN for a dateTime value like 2008-02-29T08:26:00+01:00 that contains the leap day 2008-02-29.
This may be related to bug #411188 where the same was observed for the function days-from-date

This is a dup of bug411188. Calculation of leap years is incorrect in nsSchemaValidatorUtils::GetMaximumDayInMonthFor.
