We have already attached localized sinhala thunderbird (According to Branch 1.8) files to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=294435. We are working with Thunderbird 3 and completed more than 70% string translation.

I am waiting for a voucher for CVS access.
