In an XHTML-Dokument

If I have an HTML-Comment with '--' (without ') it was an neu HTML-Comments started. So that type a must close the Comment with two close-tags ( --> --> ).

That's not valid HTML - you can't place 2 dashes together inside a comment. The
comment is never closed properly.
