I had to disable the UWaterloo mirror http://mirror.csclub.uwaterloo.ca/pub/mozilla.org/ in our mirror network, because while the server seems responsive (and displays file lists etc.), when you download any file (let it be an add-on or a product release file), the server reproducibly sent zero-byte responses (with a HTTP 200 response code) instead of actual data. This may or may not have been the reason for frequent installation issues of add-ons over the last few days (see bug 420278). Could you please talk to the mirror contact and ask them to fix the issue before we re-enable the mirror? Thanks!

this appears to be working now - downloaded 2.0.0.12 just fine.
