The arrows at the left and right of the tabs (when they are too much to show at once) should have tooltips like: Show left tabs, Show right tabs.

Right now, no tooltip is shown.

These controls shouldn't have tooltips, similar to how the arrow buttons on scroll bars do not have tool tips.

True, but scroll bars don't hide content. The tab bar does; and even if a naitve widget does not provide a tooltip, tabs are so important to Fx browsing, that _our_ arrows should have it.

I agree with Delfino. Scroll bars doesn't have a tooltip simply because them use is common and self-evident.
