Using today's nightly build on GTK.

The back/forward history menu draws *no* favicon for pages which should have the default favicon.

To reproduce:
1) Visit http://www.w3.org/ -- (make sure it still has no favicon set :)
2) Click a link.
3) Open the back/forward history menu. The w3.org page will have no favicon drawn.
Same with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9b4pre) Gecko/2008030206 Minefield/3.0b4pre

There is blank icon on the url bar, but not on the back/history menu.
