For a few days now, I've been unable to load any XUL files as file URLs. This is a horrible regression, and it makes testing of XUL extremely difficult. Both Eric Vaughan and i heavily rely on the ability to load file URL test cases. I'm assuming this is a necko bug and not some deliberate misguided attempt at security.
