Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Open Places Library. Navigate to a different folder. Hover over either Back or Forward button, then press it. Actual Results: The button border appears and disappears as expected, but the icon does not change. Expected Results: The icon should brighten when hovered and darken when pressed, as per Toolbar[-aero].png.
