42075 - Address Book needs a 'Search' menu

Overview: The Address Book spec states that Search should be present. Bug# 17879 
tracks Searching on LDAP directories and it is marked for M30. This bug is 
asking to search on a local address book.

If this option is not enabled then should there even be a Search menu at all?

I talked to Sol about this one.  AB should still have a Search menu, but it 
won't have any app specific stuff in it (top portion of menu).  It would only 
have the global search stuff.

In addition, "Search Address Book" needs to be removed for the other component's 
Search menus.

Changing Summary to state that the Address Book needs a 'Search' menu, even 
though address book specific search items will not be present.

Marking bug as INVALID per Mail UE review meeting. Not necessary to have a 
Search menu in the AB when there is no current method to search the AB. A Search 
menu in the AB would only provide access to Mail, Browser and Netcenter 
searches.
