From time to time (not everytime) when I start Firefox, the forward/backwards arrows are missing from the toolbars.  I have to go back and get them and replace them to the navigation toolbar.  Why do I keep losing them?

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open browser
2. directional navigational tool missing
3. I have to get back to toolbars and get them
