The "installer" make output (zip on win32, dmg on mac and tar.bz2 on linux) all have the refractor extension included. The build system creates refractor as a prism "extension", but that is an artifact of the build system.
refractor should not be included with any Prism final output.

Probably don't want to exclude all extensions, do we? I assume we might want to ship with some Prism-compatible extensions in the future.
