Seen while testing Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9b4) Gecko/2008030317 Firefox/3.0b4.
STR:
1. Go to site specified in URL.
2. Selected a featured third party download.
Observe the box outline that draws just after you click the download link. I have attached a screenshot.

This is the normal focus outline... it's probably just looks weird because of a layout hack used to position the button. Not sure that this is really a bug.

I checked one of the links and it's the negative text indent.
