User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 5.1; InfoPath.2; .NET CLR 1.1.4322) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9b3) Gecko/2008020514 Firefox/3.0b3 I am unable to import bookmarks from Safari from a Windows operating environment (but can when using Mac 10.5). The File-Import only gives me the choice of importing from Internet Explorer in Windows. How do I import from Safari instead? How do you export bookmarks in Firefox? Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.

This is definitely a dupe of bug 388053. Haven't found it yesterday.

I left it open and marked depends because it's feasible that we would start by writing an importer for the other preferences, and only after add support for bookmarks, for what it's worth. Probably unlikely to happen that way, I guess.
