Especially in the options window, borders are not shown anymore, and splitters aren't drawn either. See the attached screenshot. The problem can be seen both in firefox and thunderbird trunk builds.

Regression window (for thuderbird linux builds) is 2007111504->2007111604.

Borders were intentionally removed and replaced with bold headers for a cleaner look.

Not sure what you mean by splitters.

Sorry for the delay.
Re the splitters, never mind...

So I guess this was per design then. I wasn't able to figure out in which bug in that range it was done in, do you know?
