Details

When you switch to and from another application, the window that have been in the front is displayed in the back of another window. For example, if you switch to another application in the middle of composing a message, when you swtich back to Mozilla, composition window is not displayed in the front, and you have to bring it to the front manually. This happens to any window. Annoying.
this is not VIewer App. updating component and owner

To be more precise, this trouble occurs when a Mail/News window is open.
Saari, I'm not sure if this is yours or not but its focus related and you are far better at Mac debugging than I.

Well, the old bug is back. 2001012204. Switching to and from another application always brings Mail/News window to front.

This also appears with composer and chatzilla. There is also an interesting side effect that doesn't necessarily always occur (Perhaps only if there is a focus in the non-navigator window?). The side effect is that text fields in the navigator window that has been brought to the front are inacessible until you move another window in front of it.

This seems to have been fixed in 2001070608 trunk. Resolving as WFM.
