User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.2; en-US; rv:1.9b3) Gecko/2008020514 Firefox/3.0b3 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.2; en-US; rv:1.9b3) Gecko/2008020514 Firefox/3.0b3 Sometimes I get the above mentioned problem. I don't know what's triggering it, and it happened both on youtube (which uses FLV Playback component) and on www.photoshopusertv.com which uses something else. Had this happening in all FF3 betas. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: I can't find a way to reproduce it, but it seems that the more tabs open with flash-streams I have, the more prone FF is for this bug to appear. Sometimes a restart for FF fixes it, other times I have to close all tabs and then restart (I have restore last session tabs enabled by default). I'm using default theme, and it happens without any extensions (ok, DOM Inspector is installed).

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9b5pre) Gecko/2008030807 Minefield/3.0b5pre I saw this too sometimes; I thought it was just a busy server issue.
I've seen this too. Closing and reopening Firefox does indeed fix it, although I'm not yet sure of the cause.

Attached file Testcase
This "reduced" testcase consistently reproduces the problem for me. Steps to reproduce: 1. Load page. 2. Try to play the first video. 3. There should be sound and the video shouldn't stop after 3 seconds. If I remove one of the videos, then refresh, it works as expected. Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9pre) Gecko/2008040504 Minefield/3.0pre with a new, unmodified profile and Flash 9.0 r115.
If you can't reproduce, try clearing your cache and then refreshing the testcase. That does it for me.
Earliest I can reproduce this is 2008-03-01 win32 trunk.
I believe this bug is a duplicate of bug 416841.
