Occasionally, after moving a floating window, it will snap back to the previous screen location the moment I release it. If the download window is open, the floating window will usually snap to the same location as the download window. The floating window might remain in a new location if I move it only a short distance (for example, less than 50 pixels) but if I move it a significant distance (for example, 100 pixels) it will usually snap back to the location where it opened initially.
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a new window.
2. Move it more than an inch or so.
3.
Actual Results:
The floating window snaps back to the screen location where it was when it opened.
Expected Results:
The floating window should remain in the location where I move it.
Resizing the window will sometimes eliminate the snap back action but not often.
