when download a webNms help HTML docs to local machine, use any version of minefield 3.0 beta open the index page, the page is alway be opening state.
But if you open the web page online, the page work right. And if you open it using firefox 2, it's right too.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.download:http://www.adventnet.com/products/webnms/ems_tutorial.zip to local machine
2.open /help/index.html
Actual Results:
Firefox 3.0 beta open WebNMS local help doc failed.
Expected Results:
right open the page as firefox 2.0.

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.8 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
