When bringing the new staging system into production, the plan is to go from 
   stage.m.o --> surf.m.o
   stage-new.m.o --> dm-stage02.m.o
to
   stage.m.o --> dm-stage02.m.o
   stage-old.m.o --> surf.m.o

Please create the stage-old --> surf mapping ahead of time.
