Over the past few days we've had some troubles with the SVN hook talking to the Kubla daemons. In the latest scenario the dev daemon got the update but the production one did not. Adding some logging to the hook is a good first step to figure out what's up.
oremj's idea (which I like): Have the daemon put the updates in a database and have kublad look at that. the daemon could still talk to kublad to tell it to look in the db but no need to transfer all that data since it's apparently unreliable.
Kubla is no longer useful in the new moz.org world. -> wontfix.
