421957 - All existing add-ons initially show up as new

When I updated to the nightly with the the post-restart notification patch and restarted Minefield, the Add-ons Manager showed all my already-installed add-ons (with one exception - more on this later) highlighted as new -- see the attached image.

I had 14 add-ons altogether (11 extensions, 3 themes), which is the number listed as new in the notification bar.  The only add-on in the pane that was not highlighted, FaviconizeTab (see image), was updated on Minefield restart (user was prompted that there was a new version, etc.).

After closing and reopening the add-ons manager, all add-ons were unhighlighted, as they should be, and the manager works properly for newly installed add-ons (only new ones being highlighted).

There is a distinct lack of add-on icons in that screenshot which is ... odd.

For me the icons are visible but as Madhava states in comment 0 each add-on which is not getting updated is listed as new.
