Checked in; dao, can you check the Win XP Media Center theme? I didn't have it handy, but I'm guessing that it just happens to have a theme entry defined for hover that normal XP doesn't.

Dao, was this possibly my patch from bug 430434? Can you either open a new bug and show a screenshot, or re-open that one if you can confirm that change caused the problem? Is this content-only, or content and chrome?
