When the name of the "owner" (I'm not sure of the terminology) of a verified secure site is sufficiently long, the secure/verification information can occupy much/most of the location bar. (Screenshot forthcoming.)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set browser width to be approximately 800px.
2. Connect to a secure site (e.g. https://connections.pheaa.org/accountAccess/aes/index.cfm).
Actual Results:
Location bar is crowded out, address is hard to read.

Expected Results:
The security portion of the location bar to be reduced, at least when the address bar is narrow itself.
Version: unspecified → Trunk
Summary: Verification information can occupy entire location bar → EV SSL Verification information can occupy entire location bar
Here's an example of my browser at normal width (I made the browser shorter for the screenshot).
