Details

Bug #297080 changes the widget code on each of the major platforms to classify
NS_MOUSE_EXIT events as either top level window exits or child widget/window
crossings.  I'm not able to compile or test changes for Photon, so filing this
bug to remind someone that this code needs a little love.
Photon support got removed with bug 563462
