This feature works in Firefox 2 and in the beta 3 to 4 upgrade, there were some fixes that allowed the names of the people you were chatting to appear on top of the chat window in gmail chat. Currently, only in Firefox 3 beta 4, when you login to gmail and select contacts from the menu on the left, all the contacts are shown, but there are no names displayed. I think it might be a handling of javascript issue...but I could be wrong. It is specific to this version of Firefox only.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to gmail
2. Select "Contacts" from the left menu
3. Look in the middle column where the list of contacts would be displayed and notice there are no names present.
Actual Results:
A long list of check boxes was displayed, but no names associated with the check boxes are visible.

Expected Results:
There should be a list of check boxes with a name of a contact next to each box.

I can verify this issue on both Mac OS 10.5.2 and also on Windows Vista with a fresh installation of Firefox 3 Beta 4 and no add-ons.
Please search before you file a bug, thanks
