Looks like you're actually on Vista, no? OS here says XP...
What are the steps to reproduce? Does this happen each time? Anything in the Error Console?
it's a 3rd party OS Theme.
test again,
this seems to be a problem only with 20080311_1535_firefox-3.0b5pre.en-US.win32.zip
no problem with after 20080311_1711_firefox-3.0b5pre.en-US.win32.zip.
