(1) view jpeg image
(2) right-click, "Save Image As..."
(3) finish downloading/saving


Expected Result:
"Downloads Complete" dialog is not displayed.

Actual Result:
"Downloads Complete" dialog should be displayed.

If you try to save that before it's fully loaded, the alert notification pops up as expected; one the image has fully rendered, though, it seems that it being cached causes the behavior seen above in comment 0.

BTW, I see the notification pop up, it's just really, really fast...
This happens for each file which is already cached and not only jpg images. You can also try to save a website which you have opened before. The notification doesn't appear. I even don't see a really, really fast one here. I think that this issue should happen under any OS.
