You upload the video from CNN Live and Firefox crashes every time you do this without fail. The screen whites out and Firefox 3.0b4 terminates within seconds. This could be with every LIVE functioning video on the web, but I don't know any else on the web other than CNN that has this feature. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Because this is a Live Video you must go to the link I provided in the URL 2. Then in the upward middle of the screen you should find LIVE VIDEO with a camera to the left of it, click it. Actual Results: The screen(Firefox 3.0b4) whites out and within seconds terminates itself and returns to the desktop with no problems.(Note Firefox 3.0b4 still saves my history from that session) Expected Results: The Live Videos Should have uploaded just as it done in Firefox 2, and Firefox 3.0b3

If you're talking about a WMV plugin I have that. It's the pluggin Firefox installs as you upload the video.

Odd, I don't see any plugin for WMV above. Anyway, I have an up-to-date Windows Media Player 11 on Windows XPSP2 and the Live Video page still tells me: "PLUGIN ERROR: Oops! You need the latest version of the Turner Media Plugin to view this video." After following the Download link and installing "Turner Media Plugin 1.0.0.9" it plays the video. The crash is most likely due to DEP on Vista and that's why I didn't see it on XP. Duping forward since there are more info on bug 427382.
