It doesn't matter if I closed it on the internal or external display. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Close Firefox on Laptop display 2. Open Firefox 3. Actual Results: Open on external display Expected Results: Open on display recently used as any other window (ie. Eclipse) does None so far
