422732 - Holding ALT key while clicking Home or Back buttons brings up Save As... dialog

While holding the ALT key down, I clicked the Home button (moved from the bookmark bar to the main toolbar), and Mozilla popped up the 'Save As...' dialog box.  Added testing showed that Refresh and Add a tab function as expected, but Home and Back both pull up the Save As... dialog.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Hold down Alt
2. Left Click on Home or Back buttons

Actual Results:  
Save As... dialog box appears

Expected Results:  
Either nothing, or Back/Home as appropriate.

The Forward button also exhibits this functionality.  Tested with default skin.

This is a result of my patch in bug 246719.

Maybe the Alt = Save As behavior should not apply to UI links?  I don't think it's useful for most of the ones listed in bug 246719 comment 2.
