Confirmed... I see the same error trying to install from AMO.
Polvi: Is this normal for a newly approved addon? Does it take some time for the releases.m.o server to sync up with files linked from AMO?

cc'ing Justin in case this is an IT thing.
We need an owner for this and understand the issue so we can fix it ASAP. The Mozilla QA team wanted to announce the release on Monday through a number of channels, so it'll be nice to have the QAC download working. :-)
Severity: normal → critical

Thanks Polvi,
Let me know if this is due to something I did... I can resubmit a new .xpi if required. I'll be available all weekend and will be checking bugmail, in case you have time to look over the weekend.

I resubmitted the 0.1.10 .xpi and was able to successfully install. However, I tried to delete the old 0.1.10 version file first, but now there is an "incomplete" entry there. Any way to get rid of that?
I am going to test update from 0.1.9 and then mark this fixed if that works.

I take that back, I am only able to successfully install if I am logged in at AMO. If I just visit the site, I continue to fail trying to install or update.
Polvi: What's going on here?

ok, now i'm seeing file hash errors... going to give it a few and see if it fixes itself once the mirrors are in sync.

Yeah, marking v.fixed since downloading works.
Polvi: Just one question - if I install version 0.1.9 from the Sandbox and then check for updates, I should be able to apply that update, right? I ask because I tried that and I was getting an -228 error for the QAC and Metrics Collector addons... is the another mirror issue?

Sandboxed get updates if the newer version is public. If it is also sandboxed, no update is available. Syncing with the mirrors can take up to 3 hours.
