I would need the creation of the [e-mail] address, I intend to use this address to allow web localizers to follow web localization work in Bugzilla by following this email.

Is this supposed to be a public mailing list?

Note that we can only do "distribution lists" on mozilla.com, not full-on mailing lists. You would have to supply us with a list of the people you want the mail sent to, and we add them to the list for you.  There are no archives, and no reply-to header pointing back at the list.

If mozilla.org as a domain is okay for you, we can do full-on mailing lists with self-serve signup and archives and the works, or a private list with you in control of it.

no, we already have a mailing list, I need an email address that will remain on the long term that wev localizers can follow on bugzilla so as to know what bugs are for localization.

Oohhhh, so you want a psuedo-assignee or -qa for Bugzilla....  that's a whole different ball game. :)  So it doesn't need to actually receive mail, it just needs to be able to be assigned to bugs and people can watch it.

We prefer to use fake accounts (with fake TLDs) with these types of accounts. How does [e-mail] sound?
