The following subentries under "Smart Bookmarks" are also in English:
Most Visited, Recently Bookmarked, Recent Tags.

2. Open the "Smart Bookmarks" sub menu
Actual Results:
Text appears in English
Expected Results:
Text should appear in Hebrew

Reporter - I guess you get this result due to the fact you use Firefox-he on a profile created with the English defaults. Can you try to create a new profile using the Hebrew Firefox, than try to reproduce the bug?
Tomer, you are right. A new profile solved most of the issues. One link did remain in English: "Getting started".
A new screenshot is attached.

I've recently fixed that issue. You may get it fixed in the upcoming nightlies or on beta5.
