Is this something we can/should fix for 3.21?  Sorry for missing it during our triage...

In order to fix this, we need an extension category that we merge with the themes add-on type to make a "hybrid" (like the "appearance" category for Firefox). Any suggestion on which one this would be?

If there are no Themes for Thunderbird, we should remove the "I am looking for..." box instead, just like we will do for Sunbird in bug 423619.
