Courier font will suddenly change appearance when you use "CTRL + +"  to get bigger fonts

also try to set courier as default font, then do CTRL++ again, an other font will appear!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a *.HTM file with: <font face="Courier">text</font>
2.View the text with the biggest size
4.See the new raster font?
5.Change Courier to default
6. GOTO 2

Actual Results:  
You see a raster font

Expected Results:  
Let me see Courier, the best font in the World!

Sorry, not quite sure what you mean here.  Courier, the bitmap font, seems to render fine even when enlarged.  Can you attach a screenshot of the "other font" you think it's switching to?

Try to set font-size to 306pt, also why is it not possible to get that big text with font tag and size?

Courier is a bitmap font available in limited sizes. As you should be able to see using attachment 311053 [details] , Firefox trunk renders exactly the same as IE7. If you want good font behavior regardless of font size, select a modern vector font. -> INVALID
